Bowler Double Prince Beatdown – Arena 8 Deck
Best Clash Royale Deck Bowler Double Prince
Many of you have been waiting for a competitive deck using the Bowler. Well, today BillyTheKidRoyale reveals this deck with the Bowler Double Prince combo. There are no legendaries in this deck and is ready to use after you get the Bowler in Arena 8.
I recently obtained the bowler and after the Elixir Collector nerfI knew my P.E.K.K.A Double Prince would become obsolete. I decided to switch it up and replace my 7 cost P.E.K.K.A with a 6 Cost Bowler to somewhat make up for the new 1 Elixir discrepancy and I am honestly loving it.
The Bowler is slow which makes it a great unit to begin pushing with from the king tower. His pushback and moderate damage also makes for effective defense into counterpushing. I have noticed that this deck is great at stopping Giant pushes. Bowlers do great damage against supporting units while also hitting the Giant as well as pushing them all back.
Bowler also works really well against spam decks due to his high HP and slow movement which allows him to mow their pushes down as well as stall out the spawner health. This deck is also magnificent against Barbarians as long as your Bowler doesnt get surrounded.
The one problem I have with this deck is Gilloon (Giant+Balloon). Being at 6 Mana cost, the Bowler Prince deck is fairly slow pre 60 seconds which can be a problem against a more air oriented deck, but if you strategically place Cannon and use Minions and Poison you can stop a Giloon/ any air push.
Ideal starting hand for this deck would be anything that contained an Elixir Collector, because remember this is a fairly slow/heavy push deck so Elixir Collector is key to have up as much as possible.
To start a push with this deck you want to drop Bowler on the side or behind your crown tower. With elixir pumps rocking you should have a fairly decent elixir count by the time your Bowler is reaching the bridge. Once he reaches the bridge you want to unleash the wombo-combo and drop your Double Princes. It
It isn't always going to be the strongest and most successful push, but I incorporated Poison to ensure the strongest push possible. Combined with Poison the Bowler becomes a power-pushing machine. With the double Prince up front, the Bowler and Poison take care of anything standing in your Princes' way.
Throw in Minions as supporting units if you are feelings good about your push. Also, If your opponent makes a mistake or you are greatly ahead in elixir, do not be scared to drop a Double Prince push without a bowler. The double Princes will crumble a tower in no time.
What I believe shines most about this deck is its offensive and defensive capabilities. This deck is just as good on the defensive side as it is as an offensive beatdown. Like I mentioned above the Bowler is an amazing lane stall / push-halting / counter-pushing beast with his high HP and knockbacks. Say your
Say your opponent throws a Giant / Wizard / Mini Pekka push. Throw down a Bowler in front of your Crown tower and then use your cheap defensive units such as Minions and Cannon to distract the push while your bowler mows them down. (Note: Bowlers absolutely wreck on wizards). Keep in mind that the bowler only does damage in a straight line so you
Keep in mind that the bowler only does damage in a straight line so you DO NOT want to angle the bowler by dropping him in front of your crown tower or anywhere in the middle. Say your opponent throws a Gilloon at you. The one way I am able to counter this is by having Minions and Poison queued up and ready to go.
This combo with Bowler taking care of the ground units will melt their Balloon, just remember to place your Minions where they will hit the Balloon and not the Giant. Also if you are being overwhelmed do not be afraid to drop one of your Princes for a heftier defense.
Another tip: Don't be afraid to drop your Poison against pushes that contain Minion hordes, Minions, or Baby Dragons, etc, because you mostly have ground units and if your Minions die you are kind of SOL. So use Poison to your advantage in those situations. I mainly run Zap in this deck to screw over Sparkys as well as make killing Air units a little bit easier.
This deck has boosted me up from 2200-2500 in one 30 minutes sitting right after I made it. It is a fun deck that utilizes the new Bowler card for a strong offensive/defensive heavy deck. Remember the Bowler is vulnerable when left alone, so try have at least 1 thing to supporting it. Let me know how this works for you guys! Thanks!
