Training Camp (Tutorial)
“Small, lightly protected skeleton that throws bombs. Deals damage that can wipe out a swarm of enemies.”
How to use (Strategy) - by FJ
Coming in at only 3 elixir makes the bomber a great support troop. Its combination of low health and high damage means it is best used behind a large troop. Placing one of these behind a giant or PEKKA is a sure fire way of protecting them all the way to the tower.
The bomber can also be used defensively as it has a range of 4.5 so it can deal a large amount of damage to slow moving troops before they can do any damage to the bomber, often resulting in an elixir advantage.
The bomber has very high damage; it can take out equivalent level barbarians in only 3 hits.
The bomber is also a ranged troop meaning it can support from afar or can defend whilst not being targeted.
Low health as it can be taken down by all equivalent level spells except zap and arrows.
Slow hit speed, at 1.9 seconds. This means that if timed right, the opponent can place down a counter and the bomber can be killed before it can retaliate.
